Operations manager (Accounting/Hr)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pay Reimbursements & Bills
  • Preparing 1099 & W2 forms for CPA
  • Monitoring Banks statements and Debit cards and Credit cards transactions
  • Financial Reports and OT report and other reports request by mangers and CEO
  • Keep QB up-to-date
  • Preparing End of the Year Tax Return for CPA- Bank Reconciliation


  • Quick Books Pro knowledge (Min 2 years work experience)
  • DENTAL knowledge (Eaglesoft) is plus
  • MS Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge (Min 2 years work experience)
  • 4 Years degree in accounting or relevant field
  • Must have a clean drug test, background check and driver’s license
  • Must be willing to work overtime to complete projects if it permits
  • Type at least 50WPM
  • HR knowledge and experience
