Healing process of dental implants

During the healing process of implants you will want to eat soft foods. Overtime the jawbone grows around the implants making it strong. This process is called osseointegration. Once the implant is completed integrated into the bone, you can get a permanent replacement of teeth. For single tooth implants, the dentist can make a customized new tooth for you called a dental crown.
